Challenge
Noah needed to validate its operation in a real environment, with scalability and security to support thousands of simultaneous users. The big challenge was integrating payments, ensuring stability and creating a smooth experience for merchants and customers.
Approach
We migrated the infrastructure, integrated Pix, launched new dashboards and updated the apps. Everything validated in tests with 3,000 simultaneous users from Grupo Machado.
Result
Noah achieved technical stability and validated its complete operation flow (order, payment, delivery). Today it is ready for national expansion and commercial launch, with a solid foundation in usability and performance.
